Support

The satisfaction of our customers and the trust that they place in our machines are our daily objectives. SITIA and its distributors are committed to supporting you from the moment you set up your machine. SITIA selects its distributors to be as close as possible to its customers. They are committed to providing support, maintenance, warranty and after-sales service. Our distributors are trained to intervene alone on customer problems.

The ticketing platform is a tool that allows the customer to check the complete status of the machine in real time and remotely. In the event of a problem, customers can request assistance from their distributor via the TREKTOR application. This feature enables the distributor to identify the current problem. Thanks to efficient diagnostics, assistance and repair times are optimized.

Warranty

TREKTOR has been designed to outlast conventional tractors. Its simplified design guarantees long service life.

  • Extended warranty up to 5 years
  • Standard spare parts and international service for at least 10 years

Training

Each SITIA distributor is trained in the use and safety of TREKTOR. These SITIA-authorized personnel train TREKTOR users. An annual update and personal certification is required to comply with current legislation.

All TREKTOR users will be trained in its use. This training is aimed at all our distributors and customers.

Maintenance

TREKTOR is designed for minimum maintenance. Lower than a conventional tractor, maintenance costs are reduced.
